This is the actual text of the spoken word of Sebastian Shaw from the warning video sent to Mountain brigade troops.
I have been called a terrorist, and I have been called a savior of men. when I began this crusade to end corruption, I had to make choices. These choices have been difficult, but necessary. To explain myself, I have researched both terrorism, or terrorist, and savior. There are several definitions of terrorism and I will read them to you.
Terrorism is the use or threatened use of force designed to bring about political change.

Having read these definitions to you. I accept the fact that I am a terrorist. I plan to use force to bring about political change. I have targeted the innocent, once. I have systematically pre-meditated the murder of the corrupt and the criminal. I will continue to do so. This is a promise. So does that make me an evil man? I put this to you, no it does not.
I have observed that the government is corrupt. The Politicians that are in control of your government tax the people to countless end to fill their own pockets. Costs to the public continue to grow, as they feed their faces and do not follow any code of honor. The politicians control the corporations that supply the public, and in by regulating these, not only do they fill their pockets off of the sale of goods to you, but make additional on the tax on the sale of those goods. The people work hard to attain what little they have, and many are denied the basic rights, such as food, health care, and the ability to gain wealth for the work they have done.
There needs to be change. So I have enacted a force for change. In my insurrection, I have taken control of the areas hospitals and forced them to provide free health care to anyone who needs it. The Hierarchy has taken control of food distribution warehouses, to expedite the goods to the people. I have ordered my forces to attain control of the oil refinery at the port of Albany, and the supply depots, to that fuels- gasoline, fuel oil and diesel can be distributed more efficiently and without taxation. These are but small steps to making a better future for the Americas.
In the reform of the new round table, the men and women who sit at this table to lead, will not be paid. They will be willing volunteers. This government will work solely off donation to the cause, and by volunteerism. These are values that once made this nation great, and can be again. This elimination of taxation will be the foundation of a new government, and a new economy that will allow hard working Americans to regain the honor of attaining what they have earned. We will restore the Honor to the soldiers fighting in the new Army of the Hierarchy.
This is not a threat, it is a promise. As you have seen, I have attained technology that will aid in our cause. I gave very strict orders to my men, to harm as few soldiers as possible, just remove the armor units. and they have. I open and invitation to all of you. Come and join us, be part of the reform. You can make a difference to the world.
All I ask of you is be true to your heritage, be proud to be a hard working American, and help us restore the honor to a once great country. Lay down you weapons and walk to the Capital Building in Albany. We will welcome you in to the cause.
For those who choose not to join, stay where you are. If you attack us you will be met with force, and you will be obliterated.
