Rule Number one - "The referee is always right." - Our reffing staff are all volunteers. Good help is hard to find, and its even harder when its free. So we do not tolerate anyone arguing with a ref. Their word on the field is law. What they say goes. No exceptions.

Its been a long road getting here. Season three is well underway and we are almost at the halfway point. The club has been a lot of work, and sometimes stress for those of us who are so heavily involved with its operation and success.
Although ASC is a great deal of work, I am sure that we (Jerry, Billy, Amanda and I) would have it no other way. We do this for the love of the sport, and the need to provide a great place to play paintball.

Albany Scenario Club would like to extend our sincere 'Congratulations' to Kamikaze and wife Trish on the birth of their Daughter Katie in April. We have visited them, Mom, Dad and Baby girl are all doing well!

Also Jimmy "The Mule" LaPlante. Jimmy is getting married on July 23rd and his son Gregory was born recently as well. Some of us from ASC will be in attendance. We wish Jimmy and new wife the best as they start their lives together with their baby son!

As always if you can't recruit new team members, you can always breed them! Good luck everyone we are very happy for you!

Update 5-30-11

I would like to throw out a HUGE thank you to all the players that attended open play Saturday and Sunday! The "Beta" testing of the new invasion beach went exceptionally well, and the field was received well by all. the 50 on 30 match Saturday was intense! and Sundays smaller match reflected much of the same action as Saturday! Feel free to post any comments about the beach as you like.

Thank you everyone who "beta" tested our new invasion beach last weekend at "The Final Countdown" part 2. The field plays well and we are very happy with it.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to write some quick thoughts about Albany Scenario Club and myself. I have had a dream, for a long time, I have wanted to run and operate a paintball facility that upholds the standards that are set forth by the players, members and the field at ASC.

Well after a few failed attempts, some watching, waiting and lots of patience, ASC has evolved into that dream. For the last 2 seasons I have put my heart, soul and sweat into the club, and I intend to continue in my efforts to see the dream live on.
